Here are the generic directions for logging in: Need Help Logging In? To gain access to this site you should be using your Internet login, a.k.a. Lotus Notes Webmail, eHR, eCSSS, Official Enrollment Count login. 1. https://pde3.k12.hi.us 2. User name(Not case sensitive):first name [space] last name. Example: daijo kaneshiro. Or, you can use your eight-digit DOE Employee ID number as your username. 3. Password(Case sensitive):the PDE3 password is the same DOE Internet password used for other DOE services accessed over the internet, such as Lotus Notes webmail, eHR, eCSSS, or ARCH systems.
If you do not know or do not remember your Login/Password, please call the DOE Customer Service Desk (CSD) for assistance at (808) 564-6000 or 8-1-808-692-7250 (Neighbor Island HATS). The CSD will retrieve your password if available or direct your request to the Lotus Notes Support Section (LNSS). The password provided by the CSD or LNSS will be used for Lotus Notes webmail, eHR, eCSSS, ARCH, and PDE3.
Please note: Users with eCSSS access who do not know their password will be asked to contact their SSC or User Manager to request a reset if the password is not retrievable.

Once logged in, users can click on Learning Opportunities and search for the course by title "kupu hou"--click on "register" and follow on screen directions.
PD3 Requirements for Receiving Credits
The electronic learning results portfolio will include: 1. Pre/Post Self-Assessment 2. Communication plan to educate students, teachers, and parents on access and use of Britannica School. 3. Three course activities 4. Journal Reflections 5. Standards-based Unit Plan (3 lesson minimum) integrating the use of Encyclopedia Britannica as a research source 6. Evaluation Rubric 7. Minimum of three student work samples - the captions that describe these artifacts are an important part of the portfolio!
The main required components are the reflections, standards-based unit (3 lesson minimum) and student work samples. The rest can be pulled from the course activities and projects etc.
